Daily Activity Log [✪Required✪]

Dear all Officers,

Below you will find the format for Daily Activity Logs. On 00/00/0000 this has been placed into effect. These are mandatory and must be filled out by all officers on-duty. You must log all of your activities throughout your daily patrol. If you are not a patrol officer then this does not apply to you. However, if you decide to patrol you must fill out a daily activity log. Again, you only have to fill out an activity log if you are on-duty and patrolling.
The Daily Activity Log is being enforced to help re-enforce Role Playing within the LSPD along with allowing to see which officers are actively playing. Also, this helps with forum activity as well. I would like to see all of our officers participating in Daily Activity Logs. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary actions. The disciplinary actions that will be enforced are as follows:

◆ First Offence: Warning◆ Second Offence: Rank reduction by one◆ Third Offence: One Week Suspension◆ Forth (and final) Offence: Termination
